Q: How large are each of your poker tables?
A: The Oval table is 4′x8′, the Octagon and Round tables are 4′x4′.
Q: I have never built anything before. Can I do this?
A: Without a doubt you can build all of these tables. We provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to build each table. Our plans also come with EASY to read diagrams and photographs. Any beginner can do this!
Q: What tools will I need to build a table?
A: The only power tool that is necessary is a small handheld jigsaw. You can use a router as well, but these plans are for ordinary people like you and I that likely have a jigsaw in their garage. A power drill and sander would be helpful but are definitely not necessary. Lastly, you will need some common household tools like a screwdriver and hammer.
Q: How long do the tables take to complete?
A: “Each of the three of the tables can be built within in a weekend. At times you will have to let stain or glue dry overnight before you can move on to the next step.
Q: How much do the tables cost to build?
A: The tables that are shown use some of the highest quality materials out there. However, there are many ways that you can cut corners and still have a beautiful table. As shown, the Oval table cost about $250 total to build. The Octagon is about $150, and the Round is about $100. I have seen similar tables sell for $500+ on eBay and Craigslist. Again, we offer suggestions to cut corners that will save you money. For example, using plastic cup holders instead of stainless steel ones will save you about $50 per table.
